Information we collect and why
When you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, optional website URL, and message you provide. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, discuss requested services, and maintain a record of our correspondence. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information through the form.
Where inquiries go
Form submissions are saved in our WordPress database and sent as email notifications to our business inbox. Our website hosting and email services process this information on our behalf. Access to submissions should be limited to people who need to handle inquiries or maintain the website.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website. Google Analytics can collect page visits, session statistics, approximate location, and browser and device information. By default, it uses a first-party _ga cookie to distinguish visitors and sessions. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
Spam protection
Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish people from automated submissions. Turnstile processes technical information about your browser and interaction for this security check; it does not receive your form message as part of the challenge. Security and retention
We use access controls and other safeguards appropriate to the information we hold. No method of online transmission or storage is completely secure. We retain contact inquiries in our WordPress database and notification inbox for up to 60 days, unless a longer period is required for an ongoing business relationship or by law. Exports and backup copies may follow separate retention schedules.
Your choices and privacy requests
